Frequently Asked Questions

The Emotion Code is a simple, easy, and fast method of energy psychology that can release non-beneficial trapped emotions.  It releases the emotional baggage that causes weight gain, bad or unhealthy habits, self-sabotage, illness, pain, depression, and anxiety.

Sessions take place online via a private video conferencing system (or telephone if you prefer).

Set aside time when you can relax and focus on the session.  
Drink enough water before, during and after the session to allow you to be well-hydrated.
Make of list of food habits or cravings you want to eliminate.

The fee for a package of 4 sessions (approx 45 minutes each) is $200.

After payment, you will receive a scheduling link to my calendar.
