Do Good Luck Symbols, Charms, Talismans, Amulets, Crystals & Other Items Really Work?

Symbols and symbolism are popular in almost every civilization, culture, and religion that has evolved on Earth. They are deeply rooted in the way we go about day-to-day living.  Symbols impact our subconscious mind.  If their influence is strong enough, they can stimulate confidence, effort, and positive outcomes. Whether we realize it or not … paintings, pictures, jewelry, statues, birds, animals, and so forth have meaning and affect us.

After closely watching nature, recurring events, and environmental life over a period of centuries, humankind has developed a vast and time-tested database of Positive Symbols.  When the geometric shape, size, meaning, and other nuances are properly understood and activated, it results in transmission/amplification of “energy” – the vital life force that governs everything in the Universe.

Using positive symbols can alter energy flow and enhance the surrounding space.  It is the easiest way to introduce beneficial energies into our environment. They are normally categorized into 2 types: to remedy/cure a problem, to heal a situation; to act as a booster or enhancer to bring about harmony and prosperity.

There are energy tools (like Crystals) that when placed (after processing), can dissolve negative energy and create purpose-solving, positive energy.

By creating an environment rich with positive symbolism that elicits positive thinking, focused minds, confidence and innovativeness, progress and prosperity will result.  We will then become aware of the life force in the environment in which we altered the energy, thus enabling us to empower it. This powerful symbolism will reinforce our energy levels and can benefit all aspects of our lives.

For example, a Black Tourmaline crystal pendant can balance the emotions and calm the mind; a pair of Pink Mandarin Ducks statuettes can bond a couple more strongly; a set of Sailing Ship coins can stimulate cash flow in a business.

But how can merely the statue of a Phoenix bird bring motivation and new opportunities?

  1. The shape and design of the gadget determine the nature of the energy that is transmitted and received.
  2. The raw material and size determine the storage capacity and life of the item when energized.
  3. Programming of the item defines the problem to be solved or the purpose to be realized and the programming dedicates the energy of the item to the purpose and binds it to the person.

It is important to realize that the item by itself is only the hardware part (like a computer).  You supply the electricity (energizing) to switch it on and keep it running.  You also ultimately supply the software (programming) to make it work.  Appropriate placement then completes the circle.

There are some who would argue that the “shape” of the talisman or item itself does signify a specific energy and hence does not require any other processing.  In part, yes it does: that’s why it has been selected as an energy tool.  For example, the shape of a majestic Elephant does signify the energies related to strength, shrewdness, and long memory – but that alone is not enough. The image or statue should be energized by intention to store energy for several years, not just a few weeks.  Then the stored energy should be programmed as to whom and for what purpose it should work. The programming also prevents the energy from being distorted by an onslaught of negative (non-beneficial) energies that it faces on behalf of its owner once activated.  When the vital positive energy of the item is critically overwhelmed by negativity, the item simply breaks or is lost and, as such, declares its inability to serve its owner further.

Will a Laughing Buddha or a Crystal bought off the shelf provide results?

Not likely because it has not been programmed and energized. Merely energizing is not enough. The energy needs to be stabilized, sealed, and then directed through “intentional” programming.

In fact, the source of the energy item plays an important role in determining effectiveness. Many who buy the same feng shui product from two different sources will find that one is working well and the other may not.  But they may not bother to ask why this happens.  The answer is subtle, the source determines the “root energy” stored in the products.

  1. The root energy is a key element that should be felt when selecting.
  2. The item should be cleansed/cleared of negative or non-beneficial energies that may arise during the manufacturing or change of hands/ownership.
  3. The item should be instilled with positive, life-enhancing energy.
  4. The item should be programmed, by intention, as to the purpose intended.
  5. The energy tool should be placed where it will provide the necessary reminders.

Only then can energy tools yield results.

In modern living, where the environment at the macro level is highly influenced by many factors beyond our control, micro level energy correction done with empowered items can effectively bring in and retain health, wealth, harmony, and happiness.
