How I Do Sessions by Phone
I learned about remote sessions in my Reiki training (a LONG time ago), so they’ve been part of my work for more than 30 years. When I started reading cards for other people in 2010, remote sessions just came naturally for me.
Many of my local clients prefer remote sessions (email or phone) as it’s more convenient. They don’t have to fight local traffic and they can be sitting with friends or even at the beach and still connect with me for a session. They can even sit in their jammies in the comfort of their own home and sip their favorite beverage without worrying about driving home … yes, many of my clients chat with me over a glass of wine 😊
Holding Sacred Space for you
Setting the stage and creating sacred space for a phone reading is much the same as my email sessions (those details are here). Once I have my candle lit, some essential oil in the diffuser, a cup of something warm and an extra glass of water. I have a clear space on my desk and my card decks or dowsing charts are within easy reach … I’m ready for your call.
The Call
I always use a headset, so my hands are free. I used to use a landline as the connection was more stable, but we have amazing cell phone reception at my house (the tower is much closer than I would like) and the landline was eliminated in one of my drastic cutbacks a couple of years ago 😊
I no longer use video conferencing as unpredictable internet connections around the globe create a major distraction for me when coaching or doing energy clearing sessions. You are welcome to record the session from your end if you\’d like to do so.
When your call comes in, we chat for a few minutes so we can get connected and grounded and be fully present in the here and now. This helps to clear away and chatter or mental clutter and provides a time to set clear intentions for your highest and best good. This is also the time when I call in my angels and guides, as well as yours, to ask for their assistance with the session.
Now it’s time for your session or reading to take place and it’s just like you were sitting here in the room with me.
